Rat Tissue EasyMount Ussing Chamber Stand Systems

These exceptional Rat Tissue EasyMount Ussing Chamber Stand Systems include individual Ussing P2250 chambers specifically designed for mounting intestinal tissues, a heating block for temperature control, needle valves for adjustment of gas flow used for oxygenation and gas lift stirring, Ag/AgCl reference electrodes for measuring transepithelial voltage and passing current and leads for connecting the electrodes to the voltage/current clamp. The system has been designed for both ease of use and easy cleanup. Tissues and cell culture inserts are first placed into a special holder that is then simply slid into position in the chamber. Unlike other systems, the chambers do not have to be removed from the heat block nor do the electrodes have to be disturbed, etc. Please consult factory for a complete description and to discuss the chamber design most suited for use with your tissue samples and experiments.

All EasyMount Ussing Chamber Stand systems can be serially connected to increase the number of tissues under study.  Each Rat Tissue EasyMount Ussing Chamber uses P2252 EasyMount Ussing Chamber Sliders (Click HERE to see a complete list of P2250 Ussing Chamber Series sliders) designed for use with P2250 Ussing Chambers.

8-Chamber Rat Tissue EasyMount Ussing Chamber Stand (Model: EM-RSYS-8) consists of base, legs, temperature manifold, cradles, cam levers, and tubing fitting to accommodate up to (8) EasyMount chambers.  Uses P2252 (Aperture Area = 1.00 cm^2) sliders and EasyMount Diffusion Chamber specific for rat, guinea pig or rabbit intestine only. Includes: (8) EasyMount chambers,  (8) electrode sets, (8) electrode leads (40'), (8) dual air regulating valves,  (8) chamber caps (1) TK-7 tubing kit, and (1) 8-chamberrEasyMount stand.  Sliders not included.
