Q. Where do I find "My Account"?

A. You can find "My Account" in the top right corner of the website on all pages. Click here to go to My Account.

My Orders

The My Orders tab allows you to control all of your orders. Under this tab you will see:

Review orders / track packages: Here you can review all orders placed on the website, dating back 2 years. This feature also allows you to track any package placed through the website.

Change quantities / cancel orders: Here you can change any quanities of items that you order, along with canceling any order that you have placed.

Change shipping address: Here you can change your shipping address for a specific order.

Print invoices: Here you can print a specific order invoice.

Change billing address: Here you can change the billing address for a specific order.

Return items: Here you can return a specific order.

Personal Information

The Personal Information tab allows you to store your preferences for your account. Under this tab you will see:

Change e-mail address, or password: Here you can change or update your email address and password.

Manage your billing addresses: This is where you can set and edit your default billing address to your account.

Change my e-mail preferences: Here you can remove your account from the newsletter e-mailing list.

Manage your shipping addresses: This is where you can set and edit your default shipping address. If you have more than one location for shipping, you can add the locations here.

Payment Setting

The Payment Setting tab allow you to change your default settings to your payment options. Under this tab you will see:

Edit or delete a credit / debit card: This is where you can change your default payment options.

Note: Currently we cannot accept Credit Card payments through the website. We can however take a credit card through Paypal.com for your order. Please contact billing to obtain authorization before making credit card payment.
